Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping & Delivery (U.S.)
Express Shipping is free on orders of $250+ (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes).
Standard shipping is a flat $15 USD. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing time

In-stock items: ship within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order/custom items: ship when ready (timing shown on product page).
Transit estimates (carrier-provided): typically 2–8 business days for standard; faster for express.
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Signature may be required for delivery.
If your order contains multiple items with different ship dates, the order may ship together when all items are ready.
Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
From the date your piece arrives, you have 7 days to decide if it’s right for you. If not, you may return it for store credit.

Start a return
Email hello@frypowers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll issue a prepaid UPS label and return authorization.
Return shipping fee
A $15 USD handling fee is deducted from your store credit when you use our label. Prefer to ship yourself? You’re responsible for the cost and safe arrival; we recommend insured, trackable service.
Processing time
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your item for inspection and issuance of your store credit code via email.
Note: Original shipping charges (including express upgrades) are non-refundable. Taxes are refunded as store credit where applicable.

Items with removed/tampered security tag or showing wear/damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment link; if less, we’ll issue store credit for the difference
Gifts
Returning a gift? We’ll issue store credit to you (not the purchaser) for the merchandise amount less the $15 USD label fee once received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@frypowers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label. We’ll make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not begun processing. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
International Orders
We currently ship internationally. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your local customs authority, collected by the carrier or customs, and are non-refundable.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or an incorrect address, original shipping charges and a $15 USD handling fee will be deducted from any merchandise credit issued (if applicable).
Undeliverable / Refused Packages
Packages refused or returned as undeliverable are subject to original shipping charges and a $15 USD return handling fee, deducted from the store credit issued.
Notes & Fine Print

The 7-day return window is measured from the first delivery attempt shown by the carrier.

For orders shipping in multiple deliveries, the window applies per item from its delivery date.

We can’t accept liability for returns sent without our authorization/label.

We monitor returns and may limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse.
